Our main goal at the farm is to share our passion and create a positive experience that will inspire and provide you with lasting memories.  When purchasing online, we will strive to support you and answer any questions you might have to ensure you find the best suitable option across all of our collections of high end fashion accessories and products.    

STORE POLICY

 RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE WITH THE SALE RECEIPT may be returned for a store credit only.  Purchases may be exchanged only if item is in its original new condition (not worn or washed), including all original tags (or original packaging) and must be accompanied by original receipt. Store credit must be used within 90 days.  

SALE & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE is final sale.  Returns are not accepted.

CUSTOM HANDMADE ORDER is final sale.  Full payment of order including taxes must be made prior to the start of the production of the customized handmade item(s).  Returns are not accepted.  Shipping fees (if applicable) are at the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the pre-production payment of custom order. 

GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING 

Please note that items will ship within 24 to 48 hrs (depending on weather). We ship our orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Services.  You should expect your package to arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on where you live in Canada.  For our customers from the United States,  you should expect your package to arrive within

7 to 10 business days via USPS.

(Important: As the nature of our business is to provide you with high quality handmade items and our inventory fluctuates based on demand, please note that items can be out of stock even though they might show as available in our online shopIf your order is urgent, please contact us prior to ordering online.  We can check live inventory and confirm availability.  If an item is out of stock, we can typically start production as soon as the order is placed (please allow 2 to 5 days for production depending on size of handmade item). We will keep you posted on production time and the item will ship out as soon as production is completed.   

RETURNS 

Cost of returned item can be applied on a store credit only. Return shipment cost is at the customer's expense.
